These WATERBAN products are transparent, solvent-based acrylic sealers, developed for curing, hardening, sealing, and dustproofing concrete surfaces. They are non-yellowing, fast drying and easy to apply. They have excellent alkali and weather resistant properties. As with any sealer moisture under the sealer will interfer with the products’ performance. For extremely dense or low porosity surfaces use WATERBAN 24. WATERBAN 24 Contains 25% solids and will produce a semi-gloss finish on most concrete surfaces. Maximum VOC = 5.66 lbs/gal WATERBAN 30 Contains 30% solids and produces a more glossy finish. Maximum VOC = 5.32 lbs/gal
